The COVID numbers for India are terrible;I read a lot of hand-wringing about it, but not a lot of sense of what can be done. Can nothing be done (beyond India itself locking down)? Honest question, since the existence of a problem does not imply the existence of a solution.

are exported (chart Right now in the USA, I don't think adding AZ to the pipeline would solve much. Our logistics hurdles are all in distribution and vaccine hesitance, rather than production. So I think we ought to send it on to countries that are lacking production.
