The COVID numbers for India are terrible;I read a lot of hand-wringing about it, but not a lot of sense of what can be done. Can nothing be done (beyond India itself locking down)? Honest question, since the existence of a problem does not imply the existence of a solution.

is currently sitting on over 100 million unused vaccine doses. An estimated 35-40m are #AstraZeneca, which still hasn't authorised to use on Americans and probably never will.
