Man, kids these days! When I lectured today on Octavian, raising an army at 19, I found out that not one, NOT ONE of my students had raised a private army at their own expense in a bid to seize control of the republic. What is our youth coming to!?

My students, to be clear, aren't millennials. I'm a millennial! My students, at whom I shake my old-man-millennial-fist, are Gen Z. I feel old now.
