I have the sneaking suspicion being customer service for DoorDash must kind of suck. I had a DoorDash order go wrong (it happens) and the CS-rep's script was so full of 'we know this must be very frustrating for you, etc.' that I kind of assume they must get screamed at a lot?

But I assume from the CS script that a lot of people call really angry. And, uh, don't yell at the CS rep. They didn't lose your order. And don't yell at the driver either. It's a giant delivery system with tight time tolerances, some % of orders are going to go awry. Be nice.
