Lecturing on the transition from the Delian League to the Athenian Empire today. If I was more tech savvy, I'd figure out how to play that Isengard/Uruk-Hai ominous musical cue every time the league slips more completely under Athenian power.

The robust way to do this is to get a free soundboard program for your PC, record whatever clips you want, and set hotkeys for them. That's a fair bit of work, but it's very flexible, and once you've done it the first time it'll be easy to add new ones.
