I think it's concern that they didn't dot all of the i's and cross all of the t's on their third-phase trials? I get the 'abundance of caution' approach but yeah, I think at this point, were it up to me, I'd be deploying that stuff.
Especially since it seems clear that even with the somewhat lower efficacy-rating, the UK vaccine and also that new Johnson and Johnson one still seem to be effective at preventing serious illness or hospitalization.
