I mean, to be fair, both of the sisters in Frozen at this point have spent time as the reigning monarch of what is pretty clearly an Early Modern European state, so it's not that unreasonable to suppose they did some Kabinettskriege in between the films.
(I would totally watch that movie though...like, Frozen III and the Great Northern War. Big ol' ice golem fighting the Swedes.
