At least, if they're Republicans. Not much point contacting the Dems, since those votes are basically locked in.
It can actually have an impact to reach out to them too, tell them that you agree, that you support what they are doing. That may signal them to take a stronger stance in debate, and...well...these senators all talk to each other.

It's not going to have zero impact, but it'll probably have less impact to write to an in-state Democrat than an undecided Republican from another state. (Unless you have some particular connection to them, at least.)
