Evidently! It is oddly amusing to watch the same reaction rippled across Classics twitter. I just finished writing my own overly long, overwritten tweet saying just this. Alas, brevity is not the wit of my soul.

It's somewhat disconcerting how some people can so casually review a work without thinking about the authors in an attempt to hog the mic and flex their creativity. A time and a place for everything.

@BMCReview conversation? It feels like just two months ago we were scratching our heads about the only marginally coherent review of Morrell, Osgood and Welch (2019). Because it was, in fact, 2 months ago.
