He became head of the wealthiest kingdom by threatening to kill royal advisors (not even the king).
I feel that almost nothing about Game of Thrones is as obvious as that Bronn was supposed to, and should have, died at the Battle of the Loot Train.
Probably have been a better end for Jamie too, as it would have made the viewer question plot armor
