TONS of evidence! But no, all exceptions, we all know disabled people couldn't have been valuable to anyone for any reason in the past, mostly because Aristotle.

When you bring up examples like yours, responses include, "Claudius was in the imperial family, different rules," and "Having one eye/a lame leg isn't the same as being DISABLED disabled." As if we all implicitly know which disabilities we mean when we say PWD weren't valued.
