I'm counting Amyclae, which wasn't one of the original four but added subsequently, under Teleclus according to Pausanias (mid-700s). It's generally counted as one of the five traditional Spartan villages by the classical period.
I don't have lots of Sparta books to hand, but there is a capable discussion of the question in Cartledge, Sparta and Lakonia: A Regional History 1300-362 BC (1979), 106-8.

While including Amyklai among five villages is, I think, still the communis opinio, I should note that there is not universal agreement. Nigel Kennell, I think, in particular has argued against it.
