So, my serious question for folks on the fence: at what point does it stop being legitimate legal challenges and start being a blundering attempt at autocracy? After he calls on officials to overturn the vote? After his people knowingly spread false rumors of conspiracy?

That's why I think openly calling on officials to overturn votes is a step beyond the loony court challenges. The first is unbecoming and unpresidential, but the latter is truly concerning.

It seems like our three-pronged system of checks and balances is down to one prong with only the judiciary left to restrain a would be autocrat. Yes the system is working but the margin is very thin. What happens to a system of rules and norms when the norms are lost?
