Thanks for the shout out! I think it's very important that, as a profession, we have these conversations, both because things need to change but also just because in many cases advisors came up before some of these factors were as pronounced.
I had colleagues that, looking back, were absolutely proceeding on well-intentioned, best-effort advice from their advisors that was actively damaging, in terms of publication strategy and so on...just because the field has changed so much.
