Anerica as a nation is usually incredibly bad, if not completely incapable, of acknowledging that it'a racist in multiple ways. Trump denies that it's racist at all while being racist to all. When you vote Trump you tell us who you are.
Oddly, my experience - necessarily anecdata - has been that other countries are more often even worse at acknowledging their own racism. I might put it, "humans are generally bad at acknowledging the racism of their societies, and the USA needs to do better in this regard."
