@BretDevereaux Might be able to tell. Kinda looks like a Roman Road, but narrow.
Not my core expertise so my uncertainty is high, but my instinct is to say 'probably not.' Roman roads tended to be surfaced in either irregular or polygonal stones or else larger fitted rectangular cut slabs, not the neat, small, regular stones here.

The level of wear and the depth of the soil also don't seem consistent with the minimum c. 1600 years old it ought to be if Roman.

But again, confidence level is not super-high. The Roman roads I've seen are all in Italy and S. France. If there were different regional styles, I wouldn't know it.
