Seems to me like the sort of argument that isn't going to fit into a tweet; evidence and clarity about exactly which sets of 'no one on the left' (activists? policy experts? historians? generic left-leaning voters?) isn't engaging, and exactly what ideas they aren't engaging in.
I also have questions: which journals? And what key theories and information there aren't filtering through the (actually kind of robust?) public facing nat.-sec. publications (e.g. War on the Rocks, TNSR, FA, FP, etc.)?
Looking at his replies, it kind of looks like his argument is that general left-activists aren't engaging with the military thinking that underpins the US global position...which, ok? In my experience, many activists don't engage deeply with the thing they are active about...
