Nah man, I'm sure the 22-pounder I use for archery tag is exactly the same as a war bow. No way they could possibly be different. They're so similar that I think foam-tipped arrows were used at Agincourt ;)
Since this is making the rounds, let me add my 'oh my no.' Archery - as we've discussed on the blog (https://acoup.blog/2019/07/04/collections-archery-distance-and-kiting/ …) requires a lot of strength. I can kind of get there with saying that medieval archers didn't look like Arnold Schwarzenegger or whatever but saying they weren't strong is ridiculous.
