Registration? Student services? IT? Accreditation standards? Every industry looks easy to disrupt if you pay no attention to their overhead costs!
Also..that math? At 800 per course, assume standard 5-course undergraduate load, that's 4k, not 3. But also laughably short-sighted in infrastructure. Who pays for my office space? The zoom sub? Office software? Library materials? Books? Research journal subscriptions?
