This isn't going to 'solve racism' or the evil in men's hearts, but it is a start towards fixing our broken police system. It's working to craft institutions and org. culture that reflect the society and its objectives, something my readers should already be familiar with. 4/4
These policy changes couldn't single-handedly "solve racism", but @DrIbram has shown that policy changes precede changed attitudes, not the other way around. Going after policy changes actually does help change the racist attitudes as well. I recommend How to Be an Antiracist.
