Yes. Still the standard reference on the topic, but far more limited than its Classical or Roman equivalents. Part of that is just weakness in the evidence, but some of Engel's assumptions are...heroic. Some of it is just the misfortune to be the oldest of the bunch.

The others are J.W. Lee, A Greek Army on the March (2008); J.P. Roth, The Logistics of the Roman Army at War (1999) and P. Erdkamp, Hunger and the Sword (1998). There's more recent stuff, of course, but set of four (3+Engels) is the general starting point on ancient logistics
