Since it's star wars day and Disney keeps going on about it, I will say the new trilogy did do something good for me. It has helped me better enjoy the prequels. I suppose it really all does come down to points of view!

Context: I keep getting bombarded by "the Skywalker Saga comes home all in one place" and I keep thinking - sure, I know, but that was in, like, '06 when I got my RotS DVD. Sure glad they didn't make anymore numbered, mainline sequels, I'd bet they'd be terrible.
