Not to take a joke too seriously, but "War has been indefinitely furloughed" - I caution. The Antonine Plague didn't stop the Marcomannic War. Plague of Justinian didn't stop the Byz-Sassanid war. The Black Death(!!) didn't stop the HYW. War and Plague are not mutually exclusive

If anything Pestilence's best work was done in close collaboration with War. Mongols carrying Black Death to most of the Old World, conquistadors showing up on the heels of contact plagues in the New World, the double sided Great War/Spanish Flu album...

Probably the fact the two of them haven't managed to work together very well since Unit 731 ended that really led to this.
