I wish I could say Texas was very likely, given our whole... “we were once a nation don’t @ me” vibe. But our governor is an idiot. However we seem to be headed towards a city state system, with some BAMF mayors and judges so that could be interesting.

Really, we just need a few more of these. We have a Council and a Pact. So now we just need VA, NC and SC to form an Old Dominion, TX, OK, AR and LA a 'Covenant', the plains a 'Horde' and the rust-belt an 'Alliance' and then we have every MMO faction system ever.
