I disagree with Congressman Crenshaw. If people don't need the money they can donate the funds or spend them on gift certificates for struggling businesses. If they do hand out checks, I certainly intend to look into how I can give mine to more vulnerable people and businesses in the community. I can distance-work my job, but many people can't. We gotta look out for each other.
