I maintained from the beginning that this movie was never going to be GOOD, however many VFX crews' marriages we ruined, so it might as well have been SOMETHING

I was confused that they were advertising it so heavily. Seemed like throwing good money after bad. I mean, not that no one has ever done that, but still. If it's a stinker, why bother with the ad push and redoing the VFX?

But to be clear, it was obviously going to be a stinker. I don't think there is an Earth-2 where the Sonic movie is good.

It was presumably pretty expensive even before the final push, and they wanted some way of making their money back. I predict...that they will not.
