What *happened* this year? A steady decline even from the post-2007 'new normal' I could understand, but a 50% drop from one year to the next?
Perhaps concerns about an impending economic downturn based on the current global headwinds and domestic - let's say 'instability'? My other guess is some sort of sampling error. ::shrug::
