I wonder why, when the left is all about choice for everything else, they don't want school choice.

Liberals are only pro choice before birth.

Question I would pose to any who think they don't want
#SchoolChoice is why is U.S. so far behind in lower Ed when compared... -
...to rest of the world?! We're no where near top. So what is the selling point of those against
#SchoolChoice? Fear of change. -
It's not just fear of change. It's cause liberals won't b able to cultivate next generation of sheep, I mean dem voters.
-
Hmm. There are days when it appears the dumbing down of America takes place in Schools, Media, and culture too often.
-
that's the liberal agenda. they even stopped teaching cursive
-
Trust me I know. My brother is a teacher. It's pathetic how bad the schools have gotten.
-
A sorry state of affairs it is, sigh. We can do better. We must do better.
-
That's why we choose an outsider for President, in the hopes that he CAN do better.

@DebAlwaystrump I send my kids to private Christian school, because I can. Vouchers would open options to the least served.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Can't believe this is still a discussion. Colorado has had
#SchoolChoice for many years & for the most part its working better. -
For who? The normal kids or kids like my brother who are disabled, and would get thrown out of normal schools?
-
We have charter schools for kids who failed in public schools; ADD, drugs, and other challenges have better chance,
-
...of being addressed when parents & kids have other options. More choice hasn't demolished public education here.
-
The point about Charter Schools and where we've seen them fail is they weren't accountable. Those that are do best.
-
And you think Devos will make them accountable? It'd cost money to make them accountable- it's cheaper not to.
-
Devos? Surely you jest. Though that raises another point. Why can't businesses get help they need here? Because...
-
... We're not educating people toward the skills they need in a new global economy and a future yet to be defined.
