Solid my ass, calling the house for the democrats early, well before voting had finished was a disgrace. Fox has lost a lot of credibility over this
-
-
-
Why? They saw it coming and did not get it wrong. But it was kind of like telling you how the movie ends with the good guy getting killed. Sad.
-
Bcoz it can have a massive effect on late voter turnout. If voters on the side thats supposedly lost hears the race is over then most will not vote. In this case there was still quite a lot of voting left and in the end it was narrow victory. Extremely careless or maybe delibrate?
-
Ahhh. Thanks for clarifying and right you are. Might keep ppl from bothering to vote and here we go. Wallace is unpleasant no matter what. They were just trying to show off, but I was surprised to hear them say the Dems took the House so early. Oops.
-
Carmen, truly appreciate your correcting yourself. I live in CA. Many seats were close. There is no doubt in mind this type of reckless coverage by Fox and others skewed things. It’s simply unacceptable. We had hours of voting left.
-
That's why I posed the question bc I was really shocked to hear the talking heads say it was a done deal without extending the effects it could obviously cause..glad someone explained it to me kindly and in a way that made the light come on!--! Getting there.
-
I think we are all ALWAYS on a learning curve!

-
Hahahahaha that's right!-! Enjoy your day

Any regrets about calling the House races for the D’s while polls were still open out west?
@ChrisStirewalt was simply giddy making the call. -
Appeared to be meddling a bit.
-
If by a bit, you mean a lot, then I agree

I’m embarrassed for you and Martha. Very amateur election night coverage by the production team and to call house before all polls closed was downright shocking
-
I completely agree. I was very disappointed and changed the channel to Fox Business where they were much more professional in their coverage.

I was so disappointed in Fox last night. You lost many viewers, including me. The way Chris Wallace spoke to Laura Ingram was disrespectful and condescending. He couldn’t hide is bias. And calling the House before West Coast polls closed was wrong. Shame on everyone at Fox.
-
True! So condescending! Chris Wallace was such a negative last night. He had a tantrum when other panelists gave trump credit for helping many candidates win. It was disgraceful.
-
Good way to describe it.

I switched to OAN and they were professionals and really nice to watch. You were a bunch of bias commentators. And your show Bret Baier is so anti-Trump it's like watching CNN.
-
I’m going to switch to OAN at 6pm from now on
-
You'll like it, they're young and fresh. I particularly like Liz Wheeler at 9 pm, her opinions are objective and logical.
