This is quite a read a day after Woodward book drops -- an anonymous @NYTimes Op-Ed from a "senior Administration official" in the Trump administrationhttps://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/05/opinion/trump-white-house-anonymous-resistance.html …

Face the facts! No one except Trump in DC is doing their job? Congress is stalling, DOJ, FBI, AG, are almost hopeless! And, they blame it all on Trump, the only one trying! Go figure!!!

This is nonsense. These anonymous people are not doing their duty to the country. If Trump is really as bad as they say then they have a duty to resign and speak up. People would pay attention if mattis, kelly, pompeo, sanders, conway, haley, mnunchin, etc all resigned at once

But if some of them resign (mattis, kelly, pompeo), there would be no adults in the room. Just Trump. Maybe they are bigger patriots than we think by sticking with Trump and holding him back since he is amoral and incompetent. Or maybe not. Just spitballing here.

Interesting perspective and could be valid. But why right now? Seems sort of calculated.

Could be. Up is down. Right is wrong. Nothing matters or makes sense in the era of Trump.

What? The NY Times is publishing an anonymous source bashing Trump? Who’d have thought that would ever happen

Surprising someone would put this in print not just on deep background . General Kelly will have his marching orders to ferret this out

It almost has to be considering he was so upset about the changes made in the DoJ. I've also heard theories about it being Hope Hicks. This is interesting because she was spotted boarding AF1 recently.

We may never know, but it is pretty brazen to write it in @nytimes . Either daring Trump to come find them or looking for a book deal or prime time show on @MSNBC or @CNN

I’m sorry @nytimes, I don’t believe any of this! Your paper is so full of bullshit! We, the American People, the Deplorables, know better than to give any thought of truth to an essay by an unknown WH staffer who doesn’t exist! #WalkAway @realDonaldTrump

Oh good grief. Another “anonymous” insider that I’m suppose to believe. Ridiculous. When is journalism going to become responsible. How would you publish anything “anonymous”.
