Thank God you have multiple sources or else I'd find this breaking news story difficult to believe. A member of Congress brazenly risking a parking ticket to buy groceries? Wouldn't believe it if there weren't photographic evidence of someone's car.

Depending on where that car is parked - DC and other jurisdictions suspended parking enforcement. Non-commercial vehicle parking in commercial spots restarted in Marche or April. Other parking restriction beginning June 1.
