I don't let my kid play @CallofDuty just like I wouldn't let my kid watch a Friday the 13th or Freddy Kruger movie. All are violent but all have ratings and aren't meant for kids. This is on the parents to make sure their kids aren't playing/watching these things. #1stAmendment

no, parents must, its a parents job, the games have ratings and are expensive, parents should monitor their childrens money, purchases and game time, retailers must enforce rating system and not let children buy clearly marked mature titles

Art and recreation don't create killers, nor does play, or what arguably does good as a harmless outlet for aggression. You're an indespendable force for good, sir, but I strongly disagree with this approach.

No... it's not THEIR job, it's the PARENTS job. You do remember parents, actually parenting?

That's the parents job. These kids can't buy the games themselves. More importantly, the idea that these games cause mass shootings is ridiculous. Unfounded nonsense. Any attempt to attack games is just deflecting from firearms to protect their industry. It's cheap crap.

Oh sweetie, but if guns are so great and innocent, what's so dangerous about having them in video games? You're not a smart one.
