If you upload content from multiple sources or reupload/repurpose someone else’s existing content (ie movie, other YouTuber's vid clips) then you won’t be eligible for YPP. Review the FAQs and best practices here: https://yt.be/help/reused-content … and you can always reapply in 30 days.

Why are you claiming I use "someone else's content"? This is a recurring issue. I reapplied several times in vain. All the content (video/music) on my channel is produced by me! I have all the necessary release forms. Please tell me what content in your view is not mine?

What do you mean with "adding"? I am MAKING all the content. I'm not adding. I am the producer of all the content. Please check my name at IMDb, wikipedia etc. This is so frustrating.......

Update – the team re-reviewed your channel and approved it for YPP (meaning monetization is restored). Appreciate your patience through this process, and we’re sorry it happened in the first place!
