I don’t know who needs to hear this but if you click “Reject Cookies” you’ll still be able to access the website every single time.

But unless you use Brave to block scripts that pose the bogo-dialog, many such “trust and consent framework” scripts set a cookie no matter what, and some steal data from the publisher to boot!
