Journalists still have rules. (e.g., not releasing the names of deceased until families are notified). You could have easily blurred their names. Don’t hide behind an easy, but poor, excuse.

I don't know journalist rules, but if you Google Ajit Pai, his kids' names show up in top results via Wikipedia

There’s a difference between using kids name in protest, and doing so on anonymous sign taped outside their residence (whose address is NOT public record).

Would the protest sign otherwise be fine by you, without the kid's names?

Yeah, because property destruction is only violent when the left does it. How many people were disappeared by the US endorsed right wing over the last few decades in Latin America? The idea that the right has some sort of moral high ground is laughable. A sad joke.
