Sadly I'm not surprised and even greater sadness will be those who would normal question the Govt on so much will gleeful hold the door open for them as they do this.

Anna do you have any record of using your status to rail against food banks and austerity which have had a far greater negative impact on kids than anything Covid had thrown at them? Closing libraries and youth clubs in the name of ideology. Or is it just middle class kids?

Some Youth clubs have been closed for many years. I used to volunteer at a youth drop in centre. Councils should use more people like me. Only qualification is common sense and good humour. Not good enough.
