Just to confirm, do you see the same happening across devices/browsers? Also, does this happen on a different browser or on Incognito mode? Keep us posted.

Yup! I tried it on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, it was still the same stutter loading. Haven't tried incognito mode, though.
