        The bad thing about grants is they're also people's taxes. I appreciate cities trying to look nicer but tax money is tax money.

        I came here to thank you for writing this article but the comments and retweets just really drove it home. New DC, please stop. They arent street people, they arent homeless, they are native Washingtonians who have been stripped of most resources including housing.
