Neil, the parole board can choose to do what they want, they don't have to hold. But you're missing the major point - it's a NEW crime- arrest, prosecute, and sentence coordinate with parole board immediately to make sure he remains in jail. Common sense.

A new crime by a parole means that the responsibility and authority was given to them to hold them without further involvement from the DA AFAIK. I’d like to understand why that didn’t happen. I want to know the details before rendering judgement.
