Wait a damn minute. Is it just me,or is he confirming that NASA’s Breakthrough Propulsion Physics Project was “guided on the properties of UFOs.” This is pre NIDS, no?

It's post-NIDS. And no, I don't think NASA's project was guided by UFOs. A few of the guys, like Davis, who are aware of the UFO topic, couldn't help but take it into consideration when working on propulsion.
