I think he was unprepared. Not exposed. People need to do some preparation before going on Rogan. This has been his calling card for a minute.

yes, he is. he doesnt even own the ranch anymore. he owned it for years...zero evidence. if its such a hotbed of paranormal activity where's the evidence!?!? nothing but campfire stories.
