I’m sorry for not being responsive...I’ve been drowning in emails & messages :( High strangeness was witnessed during Post Malone’s visit...the ranch does seem to exhibit unusual activity & phenomena when certain people visit...but it is completely unpredictable.

There's a theory that the phenomenon is more susceptible to people that are creative or "right-brained". Like Posty and Robbie Williams. Scientists or logical left-brained folks aren't able to perceive the phenomenon the same way. Have you explored this theory?
