Sometimes I want so badly to give my political takes. But I bite my tongue. Truth is I would piss everyone off. Because I think there are double standards, and hypocrisies that are common on both sides of the aisle. And that we are WAY too tribal a society.
I totally agree. We need a return to civility in this country, & a focus on facts - not just ad hominem attacks. Finding common ground will be key. The hypocrisy & obvious bias shown by nearly all mainstream media outlets & big tech should concern everyone.

The hypocrisy of self-proclaimed Libertarians crying for Gov regulation of privately owned American companies is as interesting & Big Tech’s “bias” Big Tech’s motives are cash driven, liability risk/reward, Capital. Not ideology or politics. Bias? They put Trump in Office.

Our problem on both political sides is poor leadership. If we had stonger leaders w/ greater integrity & bipartisan cooperation, we would not be in this mess. I am a Dem, but respect Romney greatly for ex. Hopefully new and improved leadership will rise up out of this trainwreck.
