People should cut him some slack. He’s human. He’s passionate. He obviously cares & sounds like a guy just trying to hold it ALL together, during an extremely difficult time. The guy is a pro, works his butt off, creates thousands of jobs & has a lot on his shoulders. RESPECT.

Men may find this ok, but this is not how to professionally talk to staff. While I am glad he is taking this seriously, knowing there were women in the room berated this way doesn't sit well.

He can make his points without sounding like a complete douche. At the end of the day he is making millions of this and the crew is probably making slightly above minimum wage, Cruise needs to step outside of his insulated little bubble of having everything his way.

Research union rates for tier one film crews before you guess incorrectly about minimum wage.They’re well paid.If they take issue with his tone they have strong unions to file grievances with. My guess is no one will take action against him. Lives are in jeopardy being unmasked.

I agree. He's a passionate guy - consummate professional. If this anger fueled pep talk was about saving jobs, lives, families - I empathize. He set boundaries instead of just firing them. His beliefs re scientology are beyond my knowledge and understanding.
