When you first purchased the property, was your expectation of what can be proven the same as it is today?

Good question! When I first purchased the property I fully expected that there was a natural, prosaic explanation for what had been claimed/reported in the past &/or that it had likely been just an adult scientific snipe hunt. I had never seen a UFO, ghost, orb, etc. in my life.

so you purchased the property out of skepticism? interesting.

Not exactly ;) I simply tried to have realistic expectations based on what I believed, which was that there was a 95% probability that there was a conventional explanation for that which had been reported. Was I hopeful that I could prove/confirm the opposite? Absolutely! ;)

The cost & investment is significant & dramatically exceeds anything that had been invested over the 20 years prior to my stewardship of Skinwalker Ranch. I have no outside investors.
