It's sad that the public familiar with Skinwalker Ranch are still asking for hard hitting evidence of these truths. I appreciate your transparency thus far but I'm still not convinced SWR can produce such results. Have you ever thought the Ranch is just a waste of time?

Good question! I believe we are presenting compelling evidence of the reality of phenomenon...that we are not alone. The only thing that I think is sometimes a waste of time is engaging with a community that can be toxic & wouldn’t be convinced even if it hit them in the face.

When you first purchased the property, was your expectation of what can be proven the same as it is today?

Good question! When I first purchased the property I fully expected that there was a natural, prosaic explanation for what had been claimed/reported in the past &/or that it had likely been just an adult scientific snipe hunt. I had never seen a UFO, ghost, orb, etc. in my life.

Not exactly ;) I simply tried to have realistic expectations based on what I believed, which was that there was a 95% probability that there was a conventional explanation for that which had been reported. Was I hopeful that I could prove/confirm the opposite? Absolutely! ;)

would be interesting to know what specifics made up that 5% probability of the phenomenon
