your are correct. its most likely a distant plane at 37k feet and partial contrail .. do you have the original up to look at.. cos twitter alters compression. photos are good cos you get megapixels and more details then video on 1080p.. 3+ quality but ideall do both pic/video
Good thinking, but nothing shows up on flightdata and no report or record from the airport of anything during that day/time...plus, it was there and gone in an instant. A true mystery. It is very similar to the Salida, Colorado UFO. The metadata is straight off the photo file.

the problem are the apps not perfect.. if its a military plane they can turn of the callsign radio .. and a distant plane can be visible up to 100km away without a contrail . so you have to look further.. I cant check as app goes back only 1 year. but if got a distant snap of app

Agreed...although at the time we did check the expanded area far beyond 100km just to be sure.

also the plane will be a speck if its a short contrail.. and contrails can break up in minutes even. We can be fooled believe me. balloons can pop and disappear as well but the long white image dont look balloons to me. believe me I like to call stuff alien craft - be sure 1st

I have been in the habit of checking aircraft for live flight data too. They don't actually always have to sqwauk. Military aircraft usually won't. Your ranch team should look into buying radar systems or something. Might be of more use when something is seen in the sky.
