Good question! I thought that even if there was a 5% probability that the claims were true, and I could document & prove it, it would be a most worthwhile endeavor. Arguably the greatest science (and real estate) project of our time ;)

Well, I can respect that passion! 1 thing I feel that’s been missing from Ranch research, is serious cryptid observation... There’s always been more sightings of dogman than UAPs, but I’ve never heard of a professional cryptid effort. Just a thought!

We did feature my ranch manager, Jim Morse’s account of seeing something that could be defined as a cryptid, Skinwalker, etc. up on the Mesa ;) I’ve known Jim for nearly 30 years, & he has never been one to make such a claim.
