Good question! I have seen no evidence yet that has convinced me that there is a highly funded covert military effort involved. In fact, what I have observed confirms that the government & intelligence community is just as baffled, intrigued & disturbed as we are.

This seems to be the running theme, though I still believe there is enough evidence that some within the gov or private industry know a lot more than we do.

They certainly have A LOT more information than we do but who is to say those are the answers? How do you tell the public something you don't fully know about? I imagine that has got to be quite difficult for the govt as well as private intelligence communities.
