Here's the deal: If UFOs wanted us to know what they are and why they are here, we'd know. BUT WE DON'T. Which is why we all debate it, ALL THE TIME. We have hypotheses. We DO NOT have knowledge in this arena. WE DO NOT. STOP IT!

The evidence suggests that there are a diversity of origins, agendas & types - using advanced physics & technology. Is it multidimensional, extraterrestrial or ultra-terrestrial? Yes. Are they all playing by the same/similar rules, or common rules of engagement? No.

A few seem to be rogue. Most others under common rules. But some in the second category may tend to exceed their limits and others not. Moreover, the existence of some kind of supervision is an educated hypothesis. Some don’t like us. Some believe in us. Others hybridize us.

I believe the Universe is not unlike our own planet, or neighborhoods. There are benevolent, malevolent, disobedient (tricksters) and neutral actors. There MUST be some rules of engagement established through the ages, even though some either disregard, violate or modify them.

Exactly the same, it's like we live in a house with no windows or doors on the edge of several neighbourhoods some nice and some not so.
